Returns
Due to the nature of dropshipping, returns are accepted only under certain conditions.
You may request a return if:
The item is defective or damaged
You received the wrong item
We do not accept returns for:
Change of mind
Incorrect size selection
Refunds If approved:
Refunds are issued to your original payment method within 5–10 business days
Proof Required, Customers must provide:
Photo/video evidence of the problem
Return Shipping
Customers may be required to cover return shipping costs
In some cases, returns may not be required and a refund/replacement will be issued
Damaged or Incorrect Orders
Contact us within 48 hours of delivery at Info@gadgetauraz.com with proof.
What to include in the Refund Policy
Generally speaking, a Refund Policy often addresses these types of issues: the timeframe for asking for a refund; will the refund be full or partial; under which conditions will the customer receive a refund; and much, much more.
